Property is very close to downtown (~5min walk), and it was clean/comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful location with great view to the harbor and a quick walk into the center of Avalon. Nice space with one bedroom on each side of the house, giving everyone some private space, along with lots of room to hang out inside and out. Self checkin and checkout were easy, with clear instructions from the host.

We had such a relaxing stay. The views are breathtaking - we spent so much of our time just relaxing on the porch overlooking the town and harbor. We were so happy in the home we opted to order in one night to enjoy our space. VERY easy walk to town. If you are OK with carrying your bags, save yourself the $15 cab ride and walk to the home from the harbor. I would definitely recommend this property!

We had the best time! Cooked a few meals, sat on the deck every night. Owner takes pride in this home. Bring laundry detergent, beach towels and beach chairs or you can rent them at the dock.

We celebrated my daughter’s 17th birthday weekend with four of her girl friends for a total of six people. This property is IDEAL for Tik Tok-video sharing girls who wanted to show their Kardashian-ish photo sessions on social media. This property MADE our trip! The view is unbelievable with an unobstructed 180 degrees view of the Harbor. It is SUPER clean and very spacious. It has all the amenities to host dinner parties for six with an incredible view. Most of the time we were just staring at the Harbor and didn’t really want to leave the property. We will definitely be back to stay at this place again (as it has probably spoiled us for any other property). Owners are upstairs and are very nice and accommodating to all our needs. Thank you for allowing us a little piece of heaven at your property!!

Our family just returned relaxed, refreshed and inspired from a four-night stay in this beautiful retreat. The view from both living areas, kitchen, two patios and master bedroom is awe-inspiring, we simply could not get enough! The kitchen is well-provisioned and the entire unit is meticulously clean and well-appointed with comfortable yet functional furnishings. The location is ideal: close to the heart of Avalon's action, but perched along the hill to feel peaceful and at ease. We can't wait to return during warm weather, however with so many wonderful windows you get all of the benefit of being outside but with the cozy warmth of a great heater and couches! This would be a great unit to visit during any season—a real treat.

My family of six (three couples) recently spent 3 nights at this lovely home. The home is nicely furnished, very comfortable and quiet at night. The deck overlooks the bay and provides gorgeous views. You can watch the boats arrive and depart. It is an easy walk from the rental office and the ferry and within walking distance of everything in Avalon. My family loved this home, so we highly recommend it for a stay in Avalon!

Just returned from a wonderful 3 night stay with another couple. Each of the bedrooms had an en-suite bathroom. The views were fantastic and we spent much time on the deck just kicking back. But when we wanted to go into town, all we had to do was walk down the stairs and we were just very short walk into town. Be warned that there are almost 70 stairs from the curb to the unit. But in exchange, you get the great view and closeness to town. You do not need a golf cart unless you want to explore the island. If you are the hiking type, try the Hermit Gulch Trail to the skyline. I recommend going counter clockwise to end at the Botanical Gardens. The trail head is only 15-20 minutes from the home, but the actual hike will take about 2.5 hours. We will definitely stay here again.
