Great location, and a perfect home for large families! We rented both units. We really enjoyed the patio for cooking and eating outside. The golf carts were another bonus. We're already booked for next year!

Perfect spot for a big group. We had three families on this trip and the spaciousness of the house and patio were perfect for our crew. The location is also a great perk; only 1 block from the beach and the main promenade was really convenient throughout our 4 day stay. Nice big kitchen made cooking while socializing very fun. We highly recommend this house as a vacation rental.

The house was very nice. The pictures actually did not do it justice. The location was amazing. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The golf cart was a great addition. A great way to see the island. I thought checkout time of 10am was too early, 11am would have been more acceptable.

We have been coming to support the Conservancy and the Ball for the last several years. We rent the house next door and added 211 Clarissa this year. It fit our needs perfectly! The clean and open interior bleed nicely out on to the porch.... Perfect for the afternoon bbq. Thanks!

We went over to Avalon for my oldest son's birthday (20). We had stayed in several houses on the island before but this one was an incredible find. We brought his 3 brothers and a couple of other friends. Absolutely loved the place. Incredibly close to the beach, plenty of room inside, huge kitchen with large island to cook around, fantastic front porch, and the bunkbeds were a big hit with the six boys. I stopped in to talk with the management company by the post office and they were extremely knowledgable and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing weekend celebrating my dad's 80th and Mother's Day. We rented both units and really enjoyed being able to have the 4 families all together. The kids loved the bunk room! As far as I could tell, this property has the best patio on the island. So big! We were able to BBQ and enjoy the beautiful weather. We will definitely be back!

Great location; lovely home with a wonderful front deck and lounge chairs. The kitchen was well equipped and well designed. Close to everything. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, stores, activities. Really enjoyed our time in Avalon.

Nicely decorated home (lower level of duplex) is great for families. The spiral staircase takes you to the master bedroom and bath upstairs; all other rooms are on the first level. You will find king beds in the upstairs bedroom and one downstairs bedroom. The third bedroom has six bunk style twin beds. This home has a den with wet bar and a fireplace with gas log in the living room. There's a spacious deck out front, and it's only a short walk to the beach and shopping.
