This property was hands down the most amazing property we have stayed at. The location was perfect, the floor plan was exceptional, and the outside patio was a bonus for hangout. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone who wants a home away from home stay feel.

Easy

We had a great time and enjoyed all the perks of this home. TV’s in all rooms with working cable and wifi for nextflix, etc. Washer and dryer were a plus to have on hand. The place was clean and offered lots of movies and games for the kids to play.

Location is central and convenient; we stepped off the boat and walked 5 minutes to the cottage. Groceries, restaurants, beach...everything is within a short walk.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving meal at the dining table on the front porch (a unique experience!); there are portable heaters throughout the house so we moved a couple to the porch as it was chilly in the evening. There are doors accessed from outside to the two back bedrooms and bathroom. The pack-and-play and baby gates are a bonus with a toddler in our family. We enjoyed the board games; decor is pleasant; furniture is very comfortable. This is definitely a place we will rent again!

We were looking for a house that would accommodate three people and a relative who has difficulty walking. This cosy cottage met most of our requirements. The biggest asset is the front porch that faces a busy street. This enjoyable addition kept our guest entertained while we were taking advantage of the many Avalon attractions. This porch is so close to the sidewalk that many pedestrians smiled and waved at her and a few even engaged in casual conversation.We ate all our meals outside at the large table provided there. Our other concern that this property met was that a bedroom and bathroom had be on the bottom floor, and that there was easy access into the shower, as opposed to stepping into a tub. Although the furniture in the living room was old and uncomfortable, they were covered appropriately and the cottage was charmingly decorated.

A land line phone is available in the upstairs bedroom which was very convenient as cell phone service is sporadic.

We have rented this house twice now, and really enjoyed it. Very close to all the shops and restaurants. Relaxing and comfortable home.
