The house was in a great location to downtown of Catalina. We had a big group staying here and was only supplied with one extra toilet paper roll. When I contacted the property they did not contact back for us to get more toilet paper. We played music from the TV while getting ready for an event we had and got a noise complaint so be mindful of being VERY quiet at all hours of the day as this complaint happened the first day we got there which was a bummer. Overall the house was very accommodating to how many people we had except for running out of toilet paper and not being supplied more.

Great accommodations for a group like ours. We had three senior couples staying together. Large living area for hanging out and a nice wrap around balcony with a view to the harbor. The golf cart included was wonderful and perfect for our group. I would be inclined to stay here again in the future.

Great place. Had all the amenities needed for our group. Up a bit of a hill but makes for a nice view and the golf cart makes running up and down a breeze. Could use some nice black out curtains for those of us that like to sleep in but there was nothing else we lacked during our stay. Thank you!!

An lovely stay! The place was clean and tidy and a close walk to town. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids. The Golf Cart was handy for exploring those sights in the hilly surrounds. I would thoroughly recommend for families.

We loved staying at this property. It was so nice having access to the golf cart to transport dive gear and to explore Avalon. With our larger family it was also great to have room to spread out and to have access to a kitchen for meals. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for my daughters wedding at Descanso Beach. The living room was comfy although could have used another couch. The kitchen was very well equipped and spacious. The bedrooms were nice and roomy and the bathrooms were big and efficient. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The neighbors were lovely. My only complaint would be that the inside could use a coat of paint.

This is the second visit to this house. It is great, and this year the owner put out door patio lights so we could see what we were BBQ ing. It's quiet and very well stocked, the hill is a bit steep, but that's what a golf cart is for. The house comes with lots of fans in case it gets hot. Very spacious and comfortable for my group. We did encounter entry door lock malfunction on our first night of stay. Had to secure door with chair. I reported it the next day and it was repaired immediately. The view from the wrap around deck was awesome. A truly added bonus was the use of a golf cart. Thanks for everything.

Great location up the hill from town. Pretty view and easy access to all of the activities. Golf cart makes it all easy. Interior needs updating but everything was clean. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water for showers. Plenty of space for our party of 6. No extras for the kids (books, games, toys) so bring your own. Check the pantry before planning dinner-rental had some of the basics but we had to buy some to get dinner made. No big deal. Would rent this unit again.

Wow! What a great place! Very clean & modern; beautiful view; very spacious & comfortable! There really is no where in Avalon that can't be reached by walking but the golf cart made it possible to do our own little tour of the city. The place is much nicer in person, pictures don't do it justice. Very spacious and clean. Great view, good location. If you have disabilities or do not like walking, take a cab from the rental office to the location. It's not far but it's about a 12minute walk with half that time being up a steep hill. We walked it carrying all our luggage and it was ok. The golf cart is awesome and well maintained. Will definitely come back! **VRBO GUEST**

This is a great vacation home for families. The upper portion of a modern triplex, it offers 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full sized sofa sleeper, and approximately 1300 sq.ft. of living space. There are french doors leading to a large wrap around balcony with great ocean and hillside views. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and a 40-inch flat panel TV, and all three bedrooms have TVs. This property comes with the complimentary use of a 6 passenger golf cart. 300MAR

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).
