Really cute house that was perfect for the three of us! Loved the deck that was perfect for morning coffee and sunset wine and cheese. Great location too for walking everywhere. Would definitely rent here again!

We had a wonderful stay for our family of 6. The property is very well talked care of and there is plenty of space for any of your needs. The grocery store is a block away, and the beach is an easy 5 minute walk. We had some special memories and much needed relaxation. Thank you!

The people at the check in office were so nice and they let us check in an hour early so our 3 year old was able to nap! The place was really clean and very spacious. The set up of the house worked perfectly for the five of us. There is actually a peek of the ocean from our deck the .top. It was so nice having that outdoor space. Just a couple block walk to the beach!

This house has everything! The beds are comfortable -- even the pillows -- the house was squeaky clean, and the deck is a perfect place for coffee in the morning or a cocktail at sunset. It's lovingly decorated and cared for, and very well appointed. There are more games than you can play and dishes than you can dirty. I would 100% stay here again.

This is our third time staying at 324! We always enjoy our stay at this delightful home! It is a very comfortable home and is very good for entertaining friends! We love the upstairs deck, the comfortable bedrooms and the very roomy living area downstairs. We love staying on Descanso Street...it is quiet and we can all walk downtown...we love it and look forward to next year! Clean, comfortable and a great location!

I Love Catalina and my home away from home at 324 Descanso. The neighbors are even wonderful! This house is so cute and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would ever want and even a new refrigerator! The beds are very comfortable with nice pillows. I love the large closets too. We also love the deck and we often ate and played games up there. I for sure will be back. This house is great year round as well. The best street in Avalon!

We had such a great weekend! Your home is so comfortable and clean! The downstairs area is so large and roomy...perfect for entertaining our friends. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining table was large enough for all of us to sit together. We loved the openness of the downstairs so we could all enjoy each other whether cooking, playing games (love the cupboard full of games) or sitting on the couch reading a book! We loved spending time on your upstairs deck...what a treat! The beds were very comfortable with ample storage and closets! The house is on the flats which is a short and easy walk to town. The street was very quiet and from what I heard, it is one of the most desired streets in town! We loved your home and can't wait to come back!

This well-appointed two-story home sleeps 6 occupants. Both bedrooms are on the second floor, with a Cal king bed in the master and twin beds in the second bedroom, and a Queen Sofa Sleeper downstairs in the living room. You will also find a spacious deck with patio furniture on the second floor for enjoying some outdoor time.

This home has a full bath upstairs and a half bath on the first floor. The first floor offers a comfortable living room, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a counter top corner bar with four bar stools separating the kitchen from the dining area. The bar height counter is a great place to eat breakfast or a snack and to keep the cook company during meal time preparation. This home provides FREE wireless internet access, too. 324D
