This is one of our most dated villas in Hamilton Cove. There is a small, private patio with a BBQ off the dining area. French doors open from master bedroom and living area onto larger tiled patio facing the grassy area. The living room is spacious and full of comfortable seating. There is a TV in each bedroom, one in the living room, and WiFi throughout the condo. Enjoy the bar seating at the kitchen counter, or drive into town with your complimentary golf cart for a meal at one of Avalon's premiere restaurants. A shared laundry room is located down the building's interior corridor on the same level. The villa may be accessed without using the 4 exterior steps, but instead by using the walkway at other end of building and taking elevator down to Villa 63 level (the HOA does not allow any access to the grass).
