This was an excellent place to stay in a beautiful island town. This house was a place we visited when I was a kid and it was great to see that it had been taken care of and was still a comfy home with a great view of Avalon. The house had plenty items in the kitchen to use and was overall well outfitted for our stay. The company was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to questions or requests. Super nice staff. Overall a great place to stay.

The location was great. The views were awesome. It was clean and overall just a great place.

The house had a beautiful view of Avalon harbor and was well located for walking into town. The stairs down are pretty steep, but the provided golf cart made trips to Vons easy. The inside is a bit dated but well kept and clean and there's a ton of space. There was plenty of hot water except for on the last day when everyone showered at the same time, but even then it was not unpleasant. We loved our stay, thank you so much!

This roomy. comfortable home was perfect for a three generation Christmas week.

Our family enjoyed our stay so much , the only scary part was the unlatched living room windows in a home that was listed as family friendly . With small children it was terrifying but we loved it and stayed on top of it at all times. The home was great, the view spectacular and the use of the golf cart made our stay so much fun and easy for us to go to the beach and grocery store.

What a great place! Perfect view for spectacular photos. The 4 bathrooms ensured zero wait time for 4 couples and the walk to town is very short- even though you can take the golf cart. Would definitely stay again! **VRBO GUEST**

We had a group of adults and kids and we stayed for the weekend. The property was perfect for our group of 8 and that view! You just could not beat it. The location had a golf cart but we also used the public stairs to get right into downtown quickly. The whole transaction was easy and the mgmt company was very accomodating. Great, comfortable home for our group of 6. Although the home comes with a 4-person golf cart (which we did use), it's an enjoyable, short walk to central Avalon via a staircase that serves the neighborhood. House is well appointed and comfortable, and offers a stunning view of the harbor and downtown Avalon from multiple places throughout the home. Only downside was that the water for showers never got hot, but lukewarm at best. This was the case in multiple bathrooms for multiple days, including for those who took a first shower. I suspect something's up with the water heater, whether intentionally (too keep showers short) or not. Wasn't really an issue for us, and we would choose this home again for future visits. **VRBO GUEST**
