This charming, spacious (2400 SF) 3 bedroom, 3 bath (1 full, 1 3/4 and a 0.5 bathroom) home is a wonderful combination of classic Catalina charm and incredible ocean views. Located above the Tuna Club at the corner of Crescent and Maiden Lane, you're close to everything you need...including the ocean.
The master bedroom offers a king bed and full bath. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and half bath. The 3rd bedroom has a King size bed, an ensuite bathroom, separate entrance and is not connected to the upper level of the home. There is a Queen Aerobed bed available for the living room. There are two 42-inch flat panel TVs with Blu Ray DVD players, as well as WIFI, but who needs technology when you should just kick back by the wood burning fireplace or enjoy the view!
**NO PETS ALLOWED**
This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).
This property rents on a 5n min basis in July and August. The first two weeks in June require 3n minimum and as of June 15 there is a 4n min booking rule. September 1 thru September 15 is 4n minimum and after September 15 it drops to 3n min.
