This home was wonderful for our group. We had family and close some family friends stay for the weekend during the JazzTrax festival for my dad's 70th bday. The home has absolutely stunning views. The kitchen was fully stocked with tools and pans etc, and the stove and oven were great. I baked and we cooked for the duration. Extensive spice cabinet and pantry items that we definitely added to. :) The home is easy to get in and out of with keyless entry. Great airflow. We spent the majority of the time out in town or on the deck. The 160 stairs to middle terrace can be daunting if you don't have golf cart but our whole group embraced it and got all our steps in and then some on this trip. We rented a cart for luggage and groceries and walked the rest of the time. Thank you!

This house had a spectacular view! It was very clean and we all had comfortable beds. Strongly recommend this place!

Great place, great environment, overall great trip

We rented this home to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our immediate family. While at the house, we spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the stunning view. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds and bathrooms were plentiful. A long staircase just down the street led directly into town, where we all found various activities to enjoy. A wonderful memory we'll all savor for a long time to come!

The pluses are plenty... the balcony is probably the stand out here. Great spot for breakfast, cocktail hour, dinner, and just hanging out. It does get hot in the afternoon. Plenty of room for blended family of 9. Great location with an outstanding view. Kitchen has very nice upgraded appliances

Our family of ten found the perfect home for our recent weekend on Catalina Island. Up on the mountain overlooking the city and bay, we soaked up the views, whether eating around their large table inside or out on the porch above all the action. The house lent itself to quiet areas for the adults to sit with their morning coffee and chat, along with spots for the kids to play inside before we all walked down into town after breakfast. Check in and out was very easy. House was large and worked well for a group of 8. Kitchen had all necessary kitchenware to cook at home. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and some soap and shampoo for use. View was beautiful and deck was very nice.

Spent a lovely long weekend with family and friends. Loved this home. Great location, great amenities, tons of space for party of ten. Would definitely come back for another stay. Office staff were personable and helpful.

We stayed at this house for a business retreat and it was perfect! The views are jaw dropping and house easily accommodated our group of 10. Amenities were nice, the staff at CIVR were great, and Avalon never lets up with fun things to do. 100% recommended! **VRBO GUEST**
