We stayed here for a long weekend - six girlfriends in total. The property was clean and incredibly convenient to access everything in town. The Vonns is only a few blocks away and it’s easy to walk from the ferry.

There are 3 full bathrooms which made getting ready for dinner comfortable and easy. There was some soap and shampoo provided but not much, so you may want to pack your own or buy some once you’re there. I’d also recommend bringing your own hair dryer, as the ones provided are very weak.

Would definitely stay here again for a future weekend!

This was a beautiful property with attention to detail and very family oriented. I highly recommend this property if you appreciate the history of the island.

Tastefully designed home with 3 full bathrooms (not 2) in an excellent quiet location. Fully equipped kitchen 4 minute walk from grocery store and skip and hop to heart of town. Enjoyable for whole family especially teen kids.

We stay in Avalon every year and all things considered, this property is tough to beat

We had a great stay at this home. Everything was perfect. It is located on a quiet street but just a few yards from the center of town.

We stayed here for 2 weeks in October 2018. The location was great, one house down a side street which really helped with traffic noise, and a 1 block walk to downtown and the beach. It was near the grocery store, restaurants, bus tour center, and a Garibaldi Transist stop ($2 a ride). The house was decorated with beautiful Catalina style tile. It was very clean and well maintained. Catalina Island Vacation Rentals office was very helpful and handled our maintenance request the same day. The kitchen was well equipped and had a wonderful island workspace. High-end finishes throughout. The balcony off the master bedroom had very comfortable seating, a retractable canvas awning, a gas grill, and a sink built into a spacious counter workspace. The awning made the balcony very comfortable outdoor living space even during the hot and sunny part of the afternoon. There were three beautifully tiled bathrooms with showers and equipped with plenty of towels. My only suggestion is that the bed sheets should be replaced and the bottom sheets should be fitted sheets that fit snuggly on the oversized mattresses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on this wonderful property and would love to stay again.

My mom was born and raised on the island, so it's been an annual visit for our family in the summer. We have been staying in houses all over the island, and this house was really nice. The best part was the air conditioning! We really enjoyed being so close to the main street as well. It would have been nice to have the couch fold out to a bed, but we made it work. Thank you for a great stay, we will definitely be keeping our week in this house.

We’ve stayed in 5 or 6 houses on Catalina now and this one is my favorite.

There’s enough space for three couples with no line for the bathroom at any time.

We never ran into a “I wish there was a...” moment.

Beds were comfortable enough, bathroom design was lovely, plenty of ambient light, plenty of common space for socializing and it’s incredibly close to Von’s Express, super convenient.

We’ll be back!
