To start, I got a little concerned about the check in, but I think I've read too many horror stories about rental properties. We checked in without any issues. Great house! Nicely upgraded and lots of space. Pretty clean for being a rental in Catalina. The neighborhood was nice and quiet after hours. Restaurants we're a very short walk away, but far away enough from the day crowd. Golf was a short walk away as well. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay!

We travel every summer with another family and this house fit our 2 families with kids, perfectly! Great location, nice neighbors, and well maintained with all the necessities. We would definitely return.

We went to Catalina for a little family reunion. I searched to sites very carefully to find the perfect house because my siblings are high maintenance.
This little house is on the perfect cute and quiet street, close to the main shops and restaurants.
Plenty of room for the eight of us to sit around the table and play games and eat a meal. The living room was large enough for us all to sit around comfortably and share stories.
Everything was clean and tidy, the carpet could use a good cleaning.

This beautifully decorated and spacious two-story vacation home has all the modern conveniences.Open floor plan with kitchen, large dining area, and living room. Three bedrooms, including the master suite, are upstairs, and the fourth is downstairs. The master bedroom has a great sitting area; french doors open onto the deck. Two new 42" flat screen TV's with Blu-Ray have been installed - one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. This is a "green" house featuring solar electric panels, tankless hot water heater, double pane vinyl windows, extra insulation and salt water toilets. 329 Descanso is one of the finest properties in Avalon. 329D

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).
