This two-story, four-bedroom house is the perfect vacation (or work remotely) home for your family, located on the only vehicle-free residential street in Avalon. The main floor has an open floor plan with living, dining areas and kitchen, as well as a bedroom and full bath. Upstairs are 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a sun-filled deck. The home has been recently updated with new appliances and decor, and has stone tile floors throughout. Special amenities include: a standing desk and monitor in the main bedroom for working remotely; outdoor shower; an outdoor sofa, counter/sink and bar refrigerator on the deck; gas fireplace in the living room; beach towels and beach chairs; water filter on kitchen sink; also enjoy giant jenga, corn hole, and a wide selection of games. This is a "green" house featuring solar electric panels, tankless hot water heater, double pane vinyl windows, extra insulation and salt water toilets. This home is located in the middle of town, three blocks from the beach and half a block from grocery.
This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).
