Great place, very clean and spacious. Excellent location, walking distance to cons and downtown. Would highly recommend. Just make sure you read the check in information prior to arriving.

Great place!...Very clean...Very comfortable..Easy after-hrs check-in and checkout via lock-box...Nicely decorated... kitchen supplied with essential pots/pans/utensils/dishes/flatware, can opener/good knives/trad. coffee maker AND Keurig...etc....etc...
This was a nice surprise as we were attempting to do as much of our own food prep as possible.
About a five minute walk to Vons....Maybe 10 minutes to the Pier...but also an easier walk to the Wrigley Memorial Botanic garden and Sky Trail as it's about a 3 min. Walk to Avalon Canyon Rd. (Another 25 minutes or so walk on AC Rd to the garden from there)
The third bed was an air mattress to be placed on the pullout sofa bed. We couldn't figure out how to inflate it, and decided it would be easier just for the one person to sleep on the couch as is, so no big deal for us.
There is heat... No AC but didn't need it in early April. Lots of windows...
Would definitely return...but would inquire ahead about the air mattress pump. 💕

It was absolutely a pleasure staying in your place.
Few blocks from the center - shops stores restaurants Vons & the beach
Sparkly clean Had everything we needed
Communication was so easy & so fast They let us ck in early and ck out late which really helped a lot with 2 babies
We had an issue with the Wifi they took care of it right away
We loved it and will definitely come back again on our next visit.

This cottage was perfect. Such a relaxing stay on the island. Walkable to everything you need and all the fun things you can do! My family of four was comfortable and especially enjoyed all the amenities available to us. We definitely plan on coming back again. Highly recommend!

We had three children ages 12-15 with us. We felt a bit tight at times but who doesn’t on most vacations? This kitchen was so well stocked, including seasons, oils, baggies, foil, etc. We had problem with the blow up mattress on the fold out as it had a slow leak and property management stated that they would take care of it immediately. Easy locations to walk everywhere.

The house is small, but everything is prefect. Very well designed and thought out. Great location on the flats. I would not have more than 4 people in the house (we had 3). I didn’t have a chance to cook or do laundry, but the kitchen is very nice. It is a wonderful spot in Avalon!

This trip was a Mother/Daughter’s get away and it was just fabulous.
It started off by walking into our home for 4 days at 337 Clarissa ~ the minute we walked in we had that “at home” feeling. This place was just perfect in every way and we would highly recommend!!
