A community pool and hot tub are available on site for your use, and the condo itself is not a long walk from the beach. This rental unit is on the 3rd floor of the condo community, elevator accessible, but with seven steps down the entryway into the living room. Sit on the couch and watch TV or pop in a DVD or VCR tape and enjoy a movie. The couch can be turned into a Queen sized sofa sleeper for additional sleep too! And additional television and stereo are available in the master bedroom. Enjoy the view of Avalon Harbor and town while relaxing on the deck. Password-protected WIFI is available. This is a non-smoking property.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

***Bahia Vista pool has re-opened. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day.***
