Beautifully decorated two-level, end condo offers two large balconies. The main floor balcony is has a patio dining table and chairs for enjoying your meals outside. The other balcony, which can be accessed from both bedrooms on the second floor, has comfy patio furniture for relaxing and enjoying the views. You will find wood laminate floors on the main floor and carpet in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a ¾ bath, the second bedroom has twin beds, and a queen sofa sleeper is available in living room on the main floor. A full bath is located at the landing midway up the stairs to the second floor. A total of 1218 sq. ft.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).
***Bahia Vista pool has re-opened. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day and during Thanksgiving and Christmas break.**
