This cozy 750 square foot home with a quiet backyard is nestled against the Wrigley Estate. Enjoy a romantic sunset dinner outside on the balcony while sitting on brand new deck furniture. The ocean view is completely unobstructed and absolutely breathtaking. Watch as cruise ships weigh anchor and the parasailers take flight!

Both bedrooms and the living room are adorned with hardwood walls. Each room has relaxing Queen beds and the living room has handy Queen sized Sofa Sleeper ready for use! There is coin-operated laundry on site, 40 inch HD smart TV with Roku, DIRECTTV NOW and wifi. Grill some burgers on the stainless steel barbecue. Relax on the couch in the living room as you look out the large windows at the gorgeous view of the harbor. This home is perfect for people who want to see the town without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Quiet, gorgeous, and out of the way, this island home is waiting for you! A red Yamaha gas golf cart that seats four comfortably is included. The rear seat can also be folded down to create a cargo bed for luggage. 124H

Randall‘s place was perfect for the long weekend for Four adults, my beautiful wife, myself my adult son and his beautiful girlfriend. The amenities were as listed and after some of the reviews there were no real surprises. Having the fourth person golf cart was fantastic and worth it. The second bathroom is a little rustic and shower small so we all used the master bath shower. For families this is not a problem. Every request we made was either met or exceeded our expectations. Check in and check out was very easy and with all the pandemic situations going on we felt very safe. The view from our unit was very beautiful. We had an an unforgettable stay! Thank you very much!!

Apartment is up the hill a bit, so the (hilariously enjoyable) golf cart is a real necessity for getting around to the beaches, shops, and grocery store. There are quite a few steps to get into the place, which was no problem for us; maybe not a good selection for those with weak knees. No dishwasher, but there are amazing views over Avalon when you are working in the small, functional kitchen. Yeah, those views are incredible. Highly recommend this spot for a family with kids that don't mind sharing a bed.

The use of the golfcart was very helpful. Everything was as described. The only thing we didn't realize was to take a taxi to pick of the keys from a rental company then go to the VRBO. Typically there is a lock box or someone meets you there, just an FYI. It was a beautiful little cottage and all other instructions were very clear. Thank you again fro having us :)

Great stay. Perfect location. Property had everything we needed. Kitchen had all we needed to fix an entire thanksgiving dinner. Two kids ages 10 and 12 had all the WiFi they needed to constantly stream and adults had great TV service available. Golf cart was a great addition.

Stayed for 3 nights, two couples and really loved the space. Grill came in handy, kitchen and living room were perfect for two couples. So excellent and necessary to have the golf cart. Place was perfectly clean and had all the dishes and cooking tools we needed. Only downside are the bedrooms and the beds. The bedrooms are small (which is fine) but get stuffy quickly and there was only one very small desk fan available. The beds were small and not at all comfortable for a couple. Ended up sleeping on the couch one night.

We spent 2 days here - it was just what we needed. It looks like a beach retreat - lots of character which we loved. The view was amazing. It had everything we needed and was lovely and clean. The kids loved the golf cart for getting around in. We would return. A great base for exploring.

Overall it was a great place with a breathtaking view. would have gave it 5 stars. The golf cart was great, highly recommend having one to get around Avalon. The back yard is mostly useable for hanging out. The upper deck is small with a gas grill, open the sliding glass door to the deck and its like having a larger deck. Oh, did I mention the view?

This is a fantastic rental. Spectacular view. Lots of room with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy check in. The golf cart was ready to go. It made the trip perfect. If you want to relax and have a great view this is the place for you.
