Beautiful Avalon home nestled in the heart of town within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and all entertainment. Featuring 2,393 sq. ft. of living space with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests.

Built in 1915 (fully remodeled in 2000 - ***all new flooring as of 2020) and retains all the island charm that Catalina has to offer with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of cooking space and all the essentials for a large group or family.

This home also features a private balcony with lots of seating for everyone and a propane grill.

The closest grocery stores are Vons, Abe's Liquor Store and Vons Express. Nearby coffee shops include Ben's Bakery, Catalina Coffee & Cookie Co and Cafe Metropole. Close to all front street restaurants and nightlife.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

Our family of 5 really enjoyed this home. It was so nice to sit outside on the deck & enjoy the beautiful view. The house was very clean & furnished with a really great beach/ocean decor. The beds were comfortable. Everyone had plenty of room & we were thrilled with the 3 bathrooms. We were all able to sit together at the dining room table for meals & the kitchen was stocked with anything you would need for cooking. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a women's trip and worked out perfectly. It was a great location and we worked up an appetite going up and down the hill and the stairs. The kitchen was fantastic, the bedrooms great and it was wonderfully well appointed. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony for happy hour and early morning coffee. We could tell sometime enjoyed decorating the home with beach themed touches. I would highly recommend and would stay here again anytime.

Such a great home. We had great communication with the property management. Plenty of room Just wished it came with a use of a Golf Cart. The island was busy so golf carts were rented out. We also zip lined and took something off our bucket list

Great place for group of 6-8. Clean for most part but with the light colors on bed spread it does show a little dirt, but other than that great.
Great location for most part but the hill is a little on the steep side. If this property had access to a golf cart it would have been perfect....

Would definitely stay again.

Loved the house. It was nice and roomy to share with family and friends. The kitchen made cooking for a group easy and painless. The deck was nice and peaceful with an amazing view of the ocean. The home had many extra pillows but no pillow cases so bring extra as well as sheets if you plan to use the pull out couch. It’s a bit of a walk from the pier to the house but doable and we had young kids with us. We plan to stay here again on our next trip to Catalina.

This house has just about everything we needed for our short stay in Avalon. A nice uphill walk up Whittley, comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms, great seating areas to gather our group, big kitchen- great appliances, balcony with nice patio furniture and an ocean view.

We’d be lucky to book this house again!

This was the perfect house for 2 families of 4. The location was superb, and everyone was able to walk to and from town, stores, restaurants, coffee, snorkeling, etc. The view was stunning. Many previous reviews mentioned a musty smell in the basement, that was not an issue. The rental company assured me and It was beautiful, clean and no musty smell.

Our family of seven enjoyed a 3-day stay at the Casa de Corona in Avalon. The house is just as it is pictured on the web site and has everything needed for cooking in and spending time with your group. It is up a hill on Whittley Street, so there is a bit of uphill walking involved, but it helped us work off the yummy food we ate. The bedrooms were comfortable, although the curtains in the master bedroom were sheer, so the light from the next-door neighbor's motion sensor light shone in every time it was activated, and it made for early rising when the sun came up. The garage has beach chairs and sand toys available. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, although the coffee maker should be replaced, as it didn't work very well. The 3 bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready, although the showerheads make the water come out in a trickle (I don't think this is just to conserve water). I would stay here again in a heartbeat, it was the perfect spot for our family vacation.

This property was great for our family of 8. Open floor plan upstairs has the large kitchen, dining And living room Area and master bedroom and large full bath; nice place for us all to gather. The downstairs had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and small tv area . The balcony area with BBQ was spacious and a great place to watch the early morning sunrises. Kitchen Was well stocked and spacious. Only downside was the steep hill to climb to get to the home. If possible , would recommend a golf cart Option for this rental. Would definitely rent this place again.

The home was perfect for our group of 8 girls. I also love that it had 3 bathrooms which made getting ready a breeze. It was a quick walk to town and restaurants which was perfect. The garage had beach chairs and coolers available. we all enjoyed the house and the island.

This is a beautiful property. Decorated nicely and exceptionally clean and well kept. Fabulous kitchen with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. It was perfect for our family. The extra living room was great for any of us wanting a quite area. We especially loved the deck with plenty of seating and barbeque. The house is walking distance to town but a couple of blocks up a pretty steep hill. We will try to reserve this house next year. A big plus would be the use of the golf cart. Extra fee would be worth it. I would look into this for next year.

The house was exactly as advertised, perfect for our extended family of eight. Location is excellent, quiet but within a short walk of the downtown area. My only complaint was with the bathroom off the master suite, which worked occasionally and we had to have maintenance come by twice. The owner would be well served to upgrade the toilet. The kitchen was the opposite, exceeded our expectations by a lot. We barbecued on the upstairs patio with a wonderful ocean view, seating for all eight of us and it was a highlight of our stay.
