Welcome to 318 Claressa Upper

This vacation home is the spacious upper level of a duplex. The open floor plan with a cathedral ceiling and large windows in the living room offer a very bright, light living space. Enjoy morning coffee or afternoon beverages on the balcony with partial ocean views, accessed from the living room through sliding glass doors. Prepare your meals in the well-stocked kitchen, which also has a bar height counter for enjoying meals and snacks or keeping the cook company. The living room has a wall/window air conditioner. You will find a Cal king bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper for extra sleeping. This home is perfect for 2 to 4 people, and it’s just 19 steps up from the sidewalk.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

This place was convenient and comfortable. It was close to town the rest of the place was perfect. Enjoyed the balcony. Bed was comfortable, pullout bed in the living room was surprisingly comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay!
