Master bedroom with 3/4 bath, second bedroom with queen bed, twin bunks, small balcony, and full bath just outside door in the hall, located upstairs. Tiled balcony off living room, an extra twin bed under the staircase, dining area, kitchen and half bath downstairs. Flat panel TV in living room. A total of 1233 sq. feet.

Maximum Occupancy: 6 people / Bedroom 1: Cal King bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed + Bunk Beds | Living Room: Twin Day Bed

***Bahia Vista pool has re-opened. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day.**

Overall- we had a good time. The hosts were accommodating and gave us a fair price when needing to extend our stay due to weather conditions. The house was clean and matched the photos. The only complaint was no ac/heat which would have made the stay more comfortable. Good place to stay for 6 people.

My family has stayed in this rental many times; it's cozy, clean, and has all of the amenities that we like to have when we travel. I would absolutely recommend this unit.
