Welcome to Bahia Vista B42 - Avalon Condo

The condo was recently remodeled.

Very nice, cozy condo on the third level offers views of the town and harbor from the balcony. In addition to the bedroom, there are 2 roll away mattresses available for the third and fourth occupants in the master bedroom closet.

Maximum Occupancy: 4 people / Bedroom 1: King bed | Extra Bedding: 2 Roll-Away Twin Beds

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis mid-June through Labor Day with a 3-night minimum, rest of the year is 2-night minimum.

***Bahia Vista pool has re-opened. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day.***

This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups.
NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules.
You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed.
Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before booking. Violations of these rules will result in immediate eviction with no refunds. Property Management provided by Catalina Island Vacation Rentals.

This is probably our favorite unit in Avalon after coming here for the past 14 years. We felt right at home and the balcony was divine. The hosts are always helpful and responsive. We will definitely keep an eye out for this place for our next visit!

This is a great space for a couple visiting Catalina! It's plenty spacious, with a large balcony and a beautiful view of Avalon. It's also a great location, roughly a 5-10 minute walk to Catalina Ave and all the main restaurants. Plenty cozy with all the necessary amenities!

My husband and daughter (11) enjoyed our 3-night winter stay. Catalina Island was not busy which we enjoyed because it felt like we had the island all to ourselves! The property is about a 5-minute walk from where we checked in. Note there are several sets of stairs to get to the actual property so keep that in mind and pack lightly. I was surprised by how spacious the property was for an island home. It was clean and well-kept. Floors and paint looked new throughout. We enjoyed having two television sets (one in the bedroom and on in the living room). The winter nights were cold and the heated restroom was a nice feature after a hot shower at the end of the day. The kitchen does have everything, you need to prepare a meal —you just have to look through it all. The balcony is super spacious with a beautiful view of the island. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful view! Very tired/worn out and ragged inside. No blow dryer...which was a bummer since I style my hair with one every day. Everything worked ok
