C54 - Bahia Vista Condo

Beautifully decorated two-level, end condo offers two large balconies. The main floor balcony is has a patio dining table and chairs for enjoying your meals outside. The other balcony, which can be accessed from both bedrooms on the second floor, has comfy patio furniture for relaxing and enjoying the views. You will find wood laminate floors on the main floor and carpet in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a ¾ bath, the second bedroom has twin beds, and a queen sofa sleeper is available in living room on the main floor. A full bath is located at the landing midway up the stairs to the second floor. A total of 1218 sq. ft.

Maximum Occupancy: 6 people / Bedroom 1: Cal King bed | Bedroom 2: 2 Twin Beds | Living Room: Queen Sofa Sleeper

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

***Bahia Vista pool has re-opened. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day.***

This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups.
NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules.
You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed.

What a great property. Spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The most amazing part was the "double deck" with a great view of the Catalina hillsides. Overall A+

We have been coming to Catalina for the past 11 years and staying at Bahia Vista in different condo's for the past 7 years . C-54 is a very nice condo, beds were very comfortable . Very homey. We have been bringing our granddaughter for the past 3 years with us and she enjoyed the para sailing very much . See you next year ❤️

Our stay on Catalina was fabulous, as always! Our condo was lovely and comfortable, including beautiful patio furniture on both view decks. And CIVR staff were friendly and prompt when we requested propane for the BBQ. We'll be back!

This place is amazing! My family and I had a wonderful Catalina vacation. We hope to come back in Summer, 15

The condo is perfect for a small family vacation. Walking distance to town and the views are great :)  We enjoyed it a lot!
