Welcome to Hamilton Cove Villa 1-55

Location, location, location – a quick walk to the pool and spa, full ocean views from every room, plus a private balcony! This smartly decorated, town home style, end villa is perfect for one or two couples or a small family. The master suite, with a Cal king bed and full bath, are on the lower level, which has an exit door to the outside steps down to where the golf cart is parked. The living room with double sofa sleeper, dining area, kitchen and second bath are on the main level. You may enter the villa from both levels (only 42 steps to the bedroom level). Free WiFi!

Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.

We arrived to our villa and everything seemed to be great. The view is amazing! The location is fabulous and the use of the golf cart was ideal to get around. The bedroom bed was comfortable and we slept well. overall it was fine. We loved Catalina and would return to Hamilton cove to stay.

Note the living area is upstairs and the bedroom downstairs. 3 to 4 flights of stairs. My elderly mother had some difficulty navigating them. Beautiful place to stay!

We had a pleasant stay. Location takes a while to get to/from town but the remoteness and view were lovely. The neighbors were very friendly and polite. The kitchen and living area were pleasant. We appreciated having extra pillows and a blanket in the closet - the comforter was too warm.

Besides the view, my overall best experience was the people that took care of me while staying there. They were very knowledgeable and nice. No matter what we needed they took care of it without a concern. All they wanted to make sure is that our vacation/anniversary was perfect.

The Cove is itself is a beautiful place, the view is just breath taking. The cost for the rental is a bit pricey. The carpet could use replacing. But overall the place is very nice.

The views from the balcony of this town home are amazing! There is plenty of room for 4 people. Having two full baths is the main reason we chose this rental and it was perfect. We didnt use the golf cart because we always had a large group traveling together. The taxi service was easier for us to use to get around Avalon. The only negative is that cell phone reception at the town home is spotty even while using the wifi.

We really enjoyed our 4-night stay at Hamilton Cove on Catalina. Our teenage boys had plenty of room to stretch out and sleep on the large sofa in the living room, and having a golf cart included with our condo was a huge perk. The golf cart was definitely "weathered" and while it did the job of getting us around town. Also, the view from the balcony is wonderful, but from the posting photos it looked much larger. There are 4 bar stools on the deck, but really only room for two people to sit out there at once. That said, even though the balcony was small, the interior space had plenty of room for our family of four!
