In addition to offering gorgeous full ocean views, this is one of only a few rental condos that has an unobstructed view of the beautiful hillside next to building one.

The open living area features wall-to-wall windows in living room and dining room, what better way to end a long day then to sit in the comfortable sofa and look out the window at one of the most gorgeous views

The window bed is a perfect place to curl up and watch the awesome ocean and hillside views and the cruise ships coming and going. You can also wake up to an ocean view from the master bedroom, as there is a closable shuttered window between the living room and bedroom.

This villa offers a fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar looking into the living area, as well as free WiFi. Only 31 steps, and 804 SF. H176

There is no air conditioning available for this property.

Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules and Regulations.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August).

You have to be 25+ years old to rent this property.

A slice of heaven. Place was better than described. Excellent location, high up in the hills with sweeping blue ocean for 180 degrees. Breathtaking and magical. An incredible romantic getaway or a perfect retreat for 2-3.

Great place great views new golf carts . Clean. Only issue. Heat does not work. And they left us 4 towels for a 4 night stay. No blankets no heat. Need to maintenance the heat. Especially after scuba diving in the cold..

The place was beautifully decorated and the ocean view was awesome. The location was away from the main town so it was very quiet. Enjoyed taking the golf cart around the city.

Amazing and beautiful. Definitely one of the best airbnbs that we have stayed at. The gold cart was a great perk, we used it more than we thought we would. The location is very secluded which we liked. The home was very clean and view was spectacular. My son loved that they had binoculars in the house. He would watch the boats come and go. We swan in the pool which was located right below the property. My family and I would highly recommend

Great place to stay at! The views were breathtaking and gorgeous! The house was immaculate. Came with all utensils needed ro survive cooking. No need to spend money on all 3 meals, when you have a full kitchens at your finger tips. The house was quiet, away from the town, and easy walking (stairs, and lots of them) to get down by the water and playground, but wasnt a negative as it was great exercise for the kiddos. The golf cart was a huge amenity, due to its short distance from the town, we actually ended up using thr cart more than i anticipated, which is fine because its an easy and fun way to get around.the town itself was amazing, everybody is friendly, (condo staff included) they all had positive things to say and offer as far as assistance if needed. I highly recommend staying at this condo! If i go back, i most definitelt will!

The home was absolutely beautiful. Extremely clean, easy to get into. The golf kart provided is a necessity to get around Avalon and was much appreciated. The views from the balcony are second to none. It felt like we were in Greece. It’s hard to believe we were just 20 miles off the coast. If you have the means, don’t settle for any other Airbnbs. You will not regret it.

Me and my husband stayed in the villa for a long weekend celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. The views...cannot talk enough about the views as it transported us both to the Meditteranean little towns. We both enojoy cooking and to our surprise the kitchen was very well stocked, even had Keurig coffee pods. It was chilly at nighttime and the heat did not work - luckily there are 2 Dyson heat/fan devices which did the job in no time. Loved the decor and the cozy vibe! Bring a bath bomb, you may want to take a bath or two. Check-in was easy and we are dreaming of going back!

The condo was in a great location and the community was very nice. We liked being away from the crowd and happy to have the gold cart to go back and forth. he condo itself was lovely. Had lots of space for the four of us and stocked with all necessities. Overall we enjoyed our stay and were happy we went the condo route but it was very pricey for what you got and the time you are actually in the rental property.

The villa is decorated very cute and quaint, if you are not into that then this isn't your place. It is equipped with everything and anything you need to make your stay perfect. The views are amazing, it have breathless views of the sunrise. The resort area is very nice and very easy to get to. From the center of avalon to the resort takes about 10 minutes by the golf cart. It came in handy to have the golf cart, seemingly thats the only way to get around the city.
