And with an abundance of windows, you can enjoy those incredible views from inside the villa, as well. The perfect sights to enjoy while relaxing next to the wood burning fireplace. Just 25 steps to the road where you will find the six-passenger golf cart for your use.

Rental of a Hamilton Cove Villa includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules and Regulations.
Per HOA regulations, NO PETS ALLOWED, no exceptions!

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July and August).

There is no air conditioning available for this property.

The view from this property is spectacular. The house has everything you will need for the perfect vacation stay. The community is peaceful and has wonderful amenities like pool, playground and beach area. I don't think I have ever seen a better view of the ocean like this villa has and the moon and stars at night are truly beautiful. Tell your friends about this villa! We will always come back.

This property has breathtaking views from the casino and clear across the mainland with glances of mountain peaks and city lights in the evening. The condo is adequately appointed and well kept. The CIVR staff was very helpful throughout the entire process. Our family had an amazing time.

This is an absolutely beautiful property with amazing views of the casino and coastline. The staff at CIVR was courteous and helpful from check in to check out. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I love this villa! Absolutely breathtaking
Everything about it was just perfect
