One of the most popular destinations on Catalina Island has long been the Descanso Beach Club in Avalon. With its sandy beach, myriad activities and spectacular views of both the Catalina Casino and the Pacific, Descanso Beach is a perfect Southern California vacation spot – and it doesn’t hurt that it’s one of the only places in California where cocktail service is available on the sand. Descanso Beach will be getting even hotter this summer, when the concert series Live at Descanso Beach Club takes over the popular spot between the Catalina Casino and Hamilton Cove. With four concerts over the summer, Live @ Descanso Beach Club is sponsored by Catalina Island Vacation Rentals and Island Express Helicopters and is produced by the Xceptional Music Company.

Live @ Descanso Beach Club concert tickets are $45 for adults, $20 for children, $125 for VIP seating and $200 for cabana seating. Tickets are available at the Santa Catalina Island Company tickets booths at the Avalon Pleasure Pier, Avalon Tour Plaza and the Cabrillo Mole.
