You will see spectacular views of the harbor, ocean, and town from this beautiful multi-level house built on the hillside of Avalon. The lower half is two stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Is a great vacation spot for families and those who want to avoid the hustle and bustle of town. There are only 21-25 steps down the side of the house to the entryway, which would lead you to the top floor, right into the living/dining room area. Access a large private balcony through sliding glass doors, where you can sit and eat while you admire the scenery. The kitchen is fully stocked with essential appliances and plenty of counter space. Continue through the top floor to enter the master bedroom and master bath. Stow all of your belongings in the very spacious closet, and enjoy a comfortable night's sleep on the large king bed.

Stair access to lower level is by the front door, which will lead you down to the other two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. All floors on both levels have been recently re-done, along with new furniture and decor. This property comes with the complimentary use of a 4 passenger golf cart & WiFi. 123UT Lower

Our family had a very nice stay here, 3 great bedrooms, comfortable beds with views from every room. Upon arrival it was suggested to initially take a taxi with all our luggage, a very good idea! We took it when we left too. The deck with the views could not be beat, day and night, so beautiful! Having the golf cart was also a major plus. We didn’t use the bbq but having it was nice, however it could have used a cleaning. I would totally recommend this home and would stay there again.

Really enjoyed the stay. The place is well equipped. Clean. Nicely set-up. The view is amoung the best on the island. The location of the place is perfect. Downside. Couldn't find anything in the kitchen to place food on for the oven. So have to use stove top only. The golf cart muffler appears to have an issue. The smell of exhaust made us nauseated. Love the place and would like to stay again.

The house was modest but well supplied with anything you may need. The outstanding feature is the view from the living room, master bedroom and the deck. The 2 down stairs bedrooms also have nice view, but the upper level is spectacular. It rained hard one day we were on the island but with this view, you didn't mind at all and the night lights are beautiful. I would recommend to anyone!!!

The stay here was everything! The view was amazingly perfect. Amenities were fabulous. Only about 8 minutes from the port by golf car. I'd love to come back asap

My family and I have been coming to Catalina every July for 8 years and have stayed at many different properties...this was one of our favorites! It seemed to be a fairly new rental so there were a couple minor drawbacks that I assume are due to that fact and will be worked out in time, but overall we absolutely hope to stay here again. THE VIEW!
