Located less than one block from the new Vons – The Avalon Market, golf course and park. This unit is walking distance from the beach, restaurants, shops and nightlife.

Modern furnishings and decor, hardwood floors and fully stocked kitchen with all appliances and large counters for those who enjoy cooking at home. There is a half bathroom in the hallway.

The first bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds. Shared full bathroom with shower tub outside the two bedrooms. 342E Upper

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

Cute place. It’s a fast walk to the beach and shopping. The street is closed off to traffic so its nice and quiet.
