The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed and access to a beautiful, private balcony. The 2nd bedroom has two twins, the 3rd bedroom offers a very comfortable Queen size sofa sleeper and the living room has a Queen Aerobed. The property has AC and a TV in every room.

Weather you are enjoying the view or relaxing next to the fireplace (electric), you and your guests will enjoy every moment!

The house comes with a 2018 Yamaha golf cart that seats up to 4 passengers. 373EW

Stunning views from beautifully updated house. Golf cart a blast and plenty of room for everyone. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

We enjoyed everything overall and the view from Hill top house was phenomenal. Having the cart was an added bonus for our family. Our only disappointment was the dishwasher wasn't in working order and this was not disclosed to us before our stay. We were told there was a Keurig and it was also broken.

This is a great little house with stuffing views of Catalina! The golf cart was a nice touch, but needs better breaks. We loved the ambience, location and open living space. A few things needed attention like the bathroom door and utensil availability for the BBQ.
