The townhome style layout allows guests to enjoy the privacy of a bathroom on the main floor, while the spacious Master bedroom suite has its own private bathroom. This unique and exquisitely-furnished unit offers a second bedroom that includes a built-in Murphy bed for guests.

This unit also comes fully equipped with a propane barbeque on the main balcony, fully stocked kitchen with pantry, dishwasher, DVD/Blu-ray players equipped with BOSE sound system and Wi-Fi access. Additionally, a private laundry room is located directly outside the unit’s door. Explore the beauty of Catalina in this unit’s 6-passenger golf cart custom fit with seat belts for each occupant and cold weather zip enclosure. H153

Rental of a vacation home in the exclusive gated community of Hamilton Cove includes: use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court, basketball court, beachfront playground and beach area with built-in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.

We fully enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect for our family of four. The location and property amenities were truly fabulous. It had everything we needed and we were more than content. The view was fantastic! We really miss waking to that extraordinary view and the sound of the ocean, so will be back as quickly as we can!

We used this company for a rental in Hamilton Cove in Catalina. Unit 1-53 beautiful property nicely furnished and located. A view of the water and pool. The agency was very kind and helpful when checking in and throughout our stay. I would recommend this property in the future.

This unit in Hamilton Cove is spectacular. The unit is very nicely furnished and has top of the line appliances. Every thing we needed was there and worked. The owners have gone out of their way to make this unit feel like home. The golf cart was a great asset. The view is breath taking and exactly as advertised. We had good internet and appreciated the large LCD Smart TV's with a Bose sound system so we could use our Pandora and Netflix accounts.
