Sit in the comfortable living area while you bask in natural sunlight, or relish the peace and tranquility from not one but two balconies. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen is great for stay-at-home meals. Dine inside at the six seat dining table, or wake up with your morning coffee outdoors on the balconies.
The upstairs open floor plan can become a private getaway, with retractable doors creating the 2nd bedroom, with a Queen size bed, closets, full-on ocean views and its own bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The downstairs suite has a bedroom, sitting area, balcony, queen-sized bed, plenty of closet and drawer storage for your vacation essentials and a large bathroom with soaking tub, dual sinks, and separate walk-in shower.
Enjoy the nautical feel while soaking up the ocean breeze and never ending ocean scape. A queen size aerobed is available to sleep a total of 6 people. There is a 4 passenger limo golf cart, WIFI, 3 High Definition smart TV's (no traditional cable), and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The unit comes with its own washer and dryer and hardwood floors. On one of the balconies you will find a propane barbecue ready for use! There are 45 steps from the bottom of the building to the door (entrance is from the bottom of building 18).

There is no air conditioning available for this property.

Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August).

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. Hamilton Cove amenities, including pool, spa, gym and tennis courts are currently closed and will re-open at the discretion of Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association for the health and safety of the community. All CIVR guests must comply with all applicable State of California, County of Los Angeles and City of Avalon laws, orders and protocols including the State of California COVID-19 Industry Guidance: Hotels, Lodging and Short Term Rentals.

Oh my goodness... This condo has a beyond beautiful view. The condo is quite comfortable and well maintained . Well worth the money. However, make sure you are able to walk up 7 flights of stairs to get to the condo. And there is another flight of stairs down to the master bedroom. Other than that, it was amazing.
