FIRST LEVEL
Upon entering thorough the gorgeously-etched glass door, the calming hues of the entryway welcome you into the minimalistic décor and tasteful, modern style of this extraordinary home. Natural light flows through the open-concept floor plan in the living room with sweeping pocket doors to the balcony, featuring stunning panoramic ocean views. The living room features a large TV, while floor to ceiling glass windows showcase the views, creating an open, breezy atmosphere. A beautifully-designed wet bar displayed between the living and dining area accentuates the space with a dining table for 8 people, leading to the huge kitchen with custom cabinetry, top of the line appliances and dolomite marble countertops, plus direct access to the outdoor bar connected to balcony.

SECOND LEVEL
The second level offers two private bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, private balcony, walk-in closet, and sitting area with spectacular views of the Pacific and Hamilton Cove. The ensuite bath has two vanities with generous counterspace, luxuriously deep bath tub and walk-in, ocean view shower. The roomy second bedroom features a king-size bed, and ensuite bathroom. HAMILTON COVE COMMUNITY
Hamilton Cove is a gated community with its own Security Staff with at least one guard on duty at all times. Transportation within Hamilton Cove and from Hamilton Cove to Avalon is accomplished by golf cart.

Hamilton Cove community amenities, include swimming pool, spa and a gym with separate men and women locker rooms, each with its own sauna, For additional entertainment and exercise there is a croquet course, an eighteen hole putting course and two lighted tennis courts.

Hamilton Cove has three distinct beach areas stretching approximately 1500 feet. The beach areas are set up for BBQ, volleyball and other appropriate beach activities. In addition, the area immediately offshore is a kelp garden teeming with fish. This area can be enjoyed either by snorkeling or scuba diving. Many a lobster is caught just off shore during lobster season.

All Hamilton Cove amenities are open at the discretion of Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association for the health and safety of the community. All CIVR guests must comply with all applicable State of California, County of Los Angeles and City of Avalon laws, orders and protocols including the State of California COVID-19 Industry Guidance: Hotels, Lodging and Short Term Rentals.

In addition to Hamilton Cove amenities, you will be delighted with the property’s close proximity to Descanso Beach Club, and Avalon’s finest shops, dining and nightlife, and not to mention numerous attractions the island has to offer.
