Enter the newly designed main floor living/dining area and take in the spectacular view of the Pacific. Gather at the built-in banquet for meals or games, unwind with the 65-inch Smart TV and Blu-ray DVD player, and enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped galley-style kitchen with brand new kitchenware. A private balcony with a teak dining set and gas grill provides the perfect spot for ocean-front cocktails and meals. This level also features a queen Murphy bed off the kitchen, a queen sofa bed in the living room, and a full bathroom, ensuring everyone has a comfortable space.
Descend to the tranquil primary suite, featuring a luxurious king-size bed, a 43-inch Smart TV, ample closet space, and a second private balcony—an intimate setting for sunrise coffee or moonlit cocktails overlooking the cove. A full ocean-view ensuite bathroom adds to your privacy, comfort, and convenience.
Villa 2-28 is conveniently located just steps from the clubhouse, pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, cove, playground, and dock and is stocked with everything you need to enjoy these amenities including putters, golf balls, croquet set, tennis & pickleball equipment, and more. A washer and dryer are located just outside the front door and shared with only one other unit. Your complimentary four-passenger golf cart, accessible down 52 steps, is ready to whisk you away to all that Hamilton Cove and Catalina Island have to offer.

Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August).

There is no air conditioning available for this property.

Nice villa in a beautiful part of the island. The area was quiet and peaceful with beautiful views and the villa was very comfortable. Access to a golf cart allowed for easy travel around the island with the kids.

This property has great location- close to amenities, the beach, and in the middle if the building which provides great views. Overall, I would rent again. I know how to better prepare for the small inconveniences that came up. The location was perfect. Lots to do on the island
