Enjoy the full panoramic ocean view from this dramatic corner villa, which is both spacious and comfortable. It received a complete makeover in early 2014, including a totally updated kitchen, new wood floors in the living room and bedrooms, and all new window coverings. In 2016 Electric Fireplaces were installed in the Living Room and Master Bedroom, including a new 60 inch Flat Screen in the living room and 40 inch in the master bedroom, professionally mounted above the fireplaces. French doors open onto the balcony from the master bedroom suite and the living room. You'll find a comfortable king sofa sleeper in the living room, with the 60 inch flat panel TV with a Blu-Ray DVD player. Only 27 steps to the road and a total of 1190 SF. H1780

Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.

This was an amazing vacation rental. The beds were lovely, well stocked kitchen, spacious and clean bathrooms, cozy extra blankets, games, fans, mini golf set, pool items. Views amazing, lovely patio set up with gas bbq grill, and bbq supplies. Loungers on the Patio make for a private quiet spot to start the day or beautiful sun spots in the afternoon. Beds comfortable and stylish decor with fireplace glow. Spacious open layout perfect for a family get away. Golf cart a must and a great way to get around town. Pool and beach set up a great seat to relax. Gym even has wonderful views and well maintained. Bonus private laundry and supply room was a life savers with children.

I took my daughter and four friends to Catalina for her 16th birthday getaway. The six of us stayed in Hamilton Cove, #17-80. It was amazing! I had researched where to stay and decided on this unit based on past positive reviews and the fact that it had a 6-seater golf cart. We loved this property. It was so well maintained and had every single amenity we needed and more. We comfortably slept six due to the very large and comfortable pullout sofa in the living room. Being a corner unit, we had great privacy and extra balcony space. The unit was only one and a half flights down from the street where the golf cart is stored. So convenient and easy to access. And the view is amazing.

Clean unit, accurate as described. Great views and quiet . Golf cart is a must, and great addition to the rental. Sofa bed was very comfy. Early check in and late check out are all additional fees. You must clean unit/dishes/take out trash before leaving - making it kind of a hectic checkout in the morning .

We come every year to Catalina Island and we have stayed in different units for the past 5 years.
We found the unit will rent going forward.
The owners did a fantastic job with decorating and renewing this place.
Great taste we loved how organized everything is....
Also, if you have a problem, the company that manages the unit is fabulous! Great customer service.

As Owners of beach front property that is rented through VRBO, my Wife and I know what is takes to have a great property. The stay here was excellent. Very clean. Great check-in experience. My family and I have been going to Catalina Island on vacation for the past 30 years, and this was the best place we have ever stayed. The master suite has breathtaking views of the ocean and bay that have to be seen to be believed. Sitting on the deck watching the sun set made you feel like you were a million miles away from the mainland, staying on the French Riviera. The décor inside was beautiful and comfortable, and the three rows on the golf cart kept our party together for the quick ride into town. The kitchen was well stocked, with every possible amenity would could need. I give this property my highest recommendation, I can't wait to return!
